Shipping & Return Policy

Delivery.  To offer the lowest possible prices, many of our products are shipped direct from the manufacturer. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery for most items. During peak seasons some items might take longer. Also, some larger items require a longer delivery time. If faster delivery is desired please contact our customer service department. We can arrange expedited delivery for an additional charge.

Shipping & Handling Charges.  Most items are shipped when ready. Replacement parts are typically shipped via UPS however, some of our larger items must be shipped via common carrier trucking. Please note that on these large items you will need to have someone available to unload the material when it arrives via common carrier trucking. The carrier is not responsible for unloading. On shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and other areas outside the contiguous 48 states additional charges will apply and we will contact you with the additional charges. Seller reserves the right, at advertised pricing, to complete Canadian sales transactions from our affiliate Canadian Subsidiary Company located in Paris, Ontario (V.A.T. may apply).

Damaged or Missing Goods.  Title to all goods pass to the Buyer upon receipt of shipment by the Buyer or Buyer's agent. As such, we strongly advise that the Buyer carefully inspect all boxes, crates, etc. and notate any damage on the Bill of Lading before signing for your shipment. If there is a discrepancy between the number of units (boxes, pallets, etc.) indicated on the Bill of Lading and what is actually received, write the number of missing boxes on your copy and the driver's copy of the receipt, and have the driver sign both copies. It is the Buyer's responsibility to file a freight claim with the carrier if the carrier fails to deliver the goods complete and in good condition. Buyers that refuse a shipment without first contacting customer service may be subject to additional charges for reshipping the order. We understand that the freight claim process can be confusing so we are more than happy to furnish advice in filing claims upon the Buyer's request.

Return Policy.  Only defective products can be returned. You must contact the Seller within 14 days after the delivery of the product. If the product is determined to be defective by Seller, then a RMA is issued and instruction will be given to return the products. In many cases parts maybe sent out by the Service Department to replace a defective component in order to remedy the situation. Seller reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee, plus damage, upon inspection of a product deemed improperly used or inadequately packaged for return shipment to Seller.

Order Cancellation. Our products are custom made to customer specifications and are not stock items. Orders can be cancelled up to 5 days prior to shipping without penalty. Orders cancelled 5 days prior to shipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders cancelled, after shipment (or if delivery is rejected) are subject to applicable shipping fees plus a 25% restocking fee.
